The video was done in 2008 in Vancouver, British Columbia only one year after I had started teaching the new real estate agents for our association. Funny how things haven't changed much except I got older , the message is still as relevant today as it was back then !

This video was done out my frustration with trying to set up a showing back in 2013, the market was just coming out of a slump and the uselessagent who after 2 days of texts and phone calls never setup a showing request for me. Needless to say he never did & it never sold and we bought something else. I was trying to remain professional and keep it on a high level but I figured others may be going through this. I did this video to get the message out, if you aren't going to service your clients get out of the business or advise your client what your services really are. This message is still relevant today as it was back then !
